Part Return to the Village.Sovereign Sounds is our three month private group space online for 10 women leaders who are ready to honour, celebrate and express their buried feminine bounty of compassionate leadership, intuition, creativity & unique voice.Within the intimate community of Sovereign Sounds, you will give space to the innate value of the feminine principles. You will rebuild stable foundations & true relationships with your Voice, your Body Intelligence & create life on your terms ~ without nervous system burnout or doubting the beat of your own drum.Her Softness.

About Emily + Her Why
I'm Emily and I’m honoured to help you soften & surrender into the courage to express yourself with truth, confidence and joy.I know what it takes to explore building a life to the beat of your own drum. One that centres seasonal living and the cyclical & sacred nature of the female body inside patriarchal systems that are designed for the opposite.I live to help others honour the value of their feminine expression as woman ~ intuition, creative leadership, healing, birthing, dance, motherhood. I prioritise the importance of village-style support and a return to secure and consistent love within & around us as we do the inner refining of self.My work is anchored in providing spaces for women to feel safe to relax and release the past psychically, somatically and emotionally, so that they have space to create more of what they want and need.Your Voice is a gift in the world & I’m here to walk alongside you each step of the way as you deepen in this reconnection.I hold a BA in Music & Media, PGDip in Voice & Opera, RWCMD & Diploma in Physical Theatre. My work combines two decades of experience in alchemy based energy healing, tantric embodiment, compassionate listening, five rythms dance & movement medicine, clowning, and an international portfolio as a professional opera singer and voice teacher in education + entrepreneurship settings.I live in London, close to the wilds of Hampstead Heath.
